    SuperMalls Are Dead?
    Is The Coronavirus The
    Final Nail In The Coffin?

1. Infection Risk Level In SuperMalls.
    Centralized Airconditioning And
Indoor Circulating Air Could Be A
    Hotbed For Coronavirus Transmission.
    Imperceptible Virus Super Spreaders.

2. Enclosed Multi-Floor Designs
Has The Potential To Super Spread
    The Coronavirus To Lower Floors.
When People Are On The Same level
The Spread Of The Virus Has
    Limited Range; However, That
    Range Will Be Extended Downward
    When An Infected Person
    Cough At The Top Floor
Of An Open Space Area Like
The Edge Of A Railing, Escalator
Or At The Mall's Central Atrium.
    Billions of Viruses Can Potentially
Spread Into A Very Wide Area
Into All Levels From The Top Floor
    Down To The Ground Floor.

3. No Direct Sunlight In Many Areas.
     Preventing Sunlight's Natural Ability
To Kill The Coronavirus Inside Malls.

4. The Coronavirus Can Survive
For Many Days On Different Surfaces.

5. Customers Hesitate To Visit Big Malls
     Due To Difficulty In Maintaining
     Constant Safe Distance With Strangers
Many Mall Goers Does Not Abide
     To Strict Social Distancing Rules.

6. Refusal To Try On Clothes
     That Could Have Been Potentially
     Worn By Someone Infected

7. Refrain From Going To Restaurants.
     Impossible To Know If Utensils
Such As Spoon, Fork and Plates
     Are Coronavirus Free.
They Have To Remove Mask To Eat
Takeout In Malls Are Not Practical.

8. Buy Food From Stand Alone Shops.
     Customers Can Go Home Immediately
     Without Ridiculous Parking Fee
Just To Buy Take Out Food.
Ability To Reheat Food To Kill
Any Virus And Use Home Utensils.

9. Extremely High Rental Rates
     Aside From Many Other Fees
     Collected By Mall Owners.
     Unsustainable For Many Tenants.
     Huge Reduction In Foot Traffic.

10. Good Parents Are Not Willing
To Expose Their Kids To Risk

11. Movie House Are Dead And
Its One Of The Main Attractions That
Pulls-In Customers To Go To Malls.

12. Outdoor Is Safer Than Indoor.
Highly Advisable To Wear Good Mask
That Can Filter Small Particles When
Inside The Enclosed Area Of Malls.
      Refrain From Using Ineffective
      Washable Cloth Mask That Cannot
      Filter The (0.125 μm) Coronavirus.

13. Alfresco or Outdoor Dining Are
      Safer Aside From Being Cheaper

14. The Unpleasant, Undesirable,
      Troublesome and Irritating
      Supermall Customer Experience.
It Is Not The Same Anymore and
It Will Remain That Way Into
      The Foreseeable Future.
      The Inconvenience Customers Must
      Endure Just To Get In,
      Aside From The Risk Involved
      Being Surrounded By Strangers and
      Sharing An Enclosed Air System
      With Potential Coronavirus Carriers.

15. Online Shops Will Kill SuperMalls

    Entrepreneurs Are Actually Better Off
    Selling Online Directly To Customers

    -No Exorbitant SuperMalls Rental Fees
        SuperMall Tenants Has Always Been
At The Mercy Of SuperMall Owners

    -SuperMall Owners Can
        Kick Them Out Or Transfer
        Them To A Terrible Location
        Or Refuse Contract Renewal

    -SuperMalls Owner Always
        Limit What Entrepreneurs Can Sell
        Inside Their Own Shop.
        SuperMalls Force Tenants To
        Sell SuperMall Owner's
        Branded Products Exclusively
        Which Impede Tenant's Rights.

    -SuperMall Owners Unfair Practices:
        Gather And Analyze
        Tenants Monthly Sales Data.
        If The Tenant's Business Is
        Too Good And Too Profitable
        To Ignore. SuperMall Owners Will
        Operate Their Own Store Exactly
        Similar And Directly Competing
        With Their Good Longtime Tenants.
        SuperMall Owners Will Then Force
        Hardworking Tenants To Transfer
To Bad Locations Against Their Will.

    -SuperMalls Former Advantage Has
        Turned Into Its Greatest Weakness
So Much Overhead Cost To Maintain
        An Almost Empty Supermall.

-Online Sellers Do Not Need SuperMalls
The Coronavirus Has Sealed Its Fate.

    -Why Buy Products In SuperMalls
For ₱1000, When You Can Buy
The Same Product For ₱750 Online.
